2 storey houses can be moved successfully even if wires etc along the route may restrict the height of each load. The top floor can be craned off, transported to site and craned back into place. For shorter distances or where there are no obstructions it may be possible to move the building in one piece.

The following photos are from a move of a large 2 storey house. In this case, it wasn't possible to move it as a single unit.

 The top storey has been cut all the way around and is being lifted onto its truck.

At the destination, the top storey is now being put back into position.
